After seeing the great health benefits that my father received from regular massage therapy during those difficult times battling cancer, I was moved to pursue a career in massage therapy. I have recently graduated from the Florida Health Academy in Naples, Florida and have become a licensed massage therapist. I have taken a position with Rejuvenations Massage Therapy located in Herndon, Virginia.

Massage therapy has many health benefits including stress reduction. Stress has proven to be a major cause of many health problems. It weakens and debilitates the immune system. Massage therapy reduces stress and produces a personal sense of peace and well being.
